Yes, in the books there is super kung fu, and bullet dodging. However, Remo is a heartless mother fucker who drowned a man in a bowl of cereal once. The book series ran for 30 years I think, with over 100 volumes written. Gravy nuts Burt Ward oddly doesn't make an appearance in any of them.
